The new one is fully managed by PMS so rent and maintenance go through them. I've been in the new place for 6 months now and haven't had any problems. Here are the pros of working with this company:
+ Their online portal works. I set up monthly rent payments and haven't had to think about it at all since.
+ I felt I got a fair market price for the qualities and locations of the two places I have rented.
+ Meghan was a pleasure to work with.
+ They're pretty hands off landlords (others might see this as a con).
+ They do seem to have a pretty legal approach as others have pointed out, but that reassured me that they're not doing anything shady with their units. I asked a lot of questions during the signing process and felt satisfied with their answers.
