I rented from PMS for the past 3 years (July 2010 - June 2013), I found them to be very responsive with maintenance requests - especially Joanne who helped with various issues including an emergency call when the lock broke and I couldn't get into my unit at midnight! When PG&E incorrectly set up the billing at our units, she quickly reimbursed me. They always gave me notice before entering the unit and the end of lease walk thru went smoothly - I received my fill deposit back! I would certainly rent from them again.
